NOTICE
We are glad to inform you that The Joint International Conference of
HSLA Steels 2005 and ISUGS 2005 has been prepared well under your
support.
The
presentation time for Invited lectures is 25 minutes plus 5 minutes
discussion, for contributed papers is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes
discussion. The PowerPoint document will be collected on the
registration desk. If an author plans to use his own computer for
the presentation, please contact the Session Assistance twenty
minutes ahead of the presentation.
Poster session will be
open on Nov 8-9, 2005. All poster session participants are requested
to place materials such as pictures, data, graphs, diagrams and
narrative text on boards that are usually 0.8m£¨w£©¡Á1.2m£¨H£©.
During the assigned time periods, participants informally discuss
their presentations with the conference attendees.
Free
shuttle buses with the sign of ¡°HSLA Steels 2005 and ISUGS 2005¡±
will be available for attendees to transport from the Sanya airport
to the reserved hotel on Nov. 7, 2005 during 12am-12pm. Please be
advised the arrival schedule if you need a reliable service from the
Bus Agent.
When
you take a taxi from the Sanya airport to the reserved hotel, you
can show the following picture to the driver in case he can¡¯t
understand your English well.
¡¡
For
an accompanying person, the Banquet, Performance, and shuttle bus
receiving service on Nov.7 will be charged at USD $100.
The local maximum temperature will be around 24¡æ
in November.
The
on-site registration desk is in the lobby of Universal Resort, Sanya
and will be open at the following hours:
November 7 Monday 14:00-22:00
November 8 Tuesday 7:30-8:30
