Call for
Papers
• Those wishing to present a paper (papers) should submit an
abstract not more than 400 words to the Conference Secretariat by
E-mail (hns2006@nercast.com) no later than March 31, 2006.
• The Conference Secretariat will send the acceptance of abstract to
the presenting author by E-mail after evaluation no later than April
30, 2006.
• Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors are expected to submit
the full paper no later than June 15, 2006.
